Each associates degree curriculum includes courses in the major, as well as general education courses like English, Reading and Math.  Harcum uses the Accuplacer in order to help the College make decisions regarding the proper class level in those subjects   This placement exam is completed by new students prior to beginning classes.  Coatesville staff are available to assist new students in preparing for the Accuplacer.
